What’s the thing you most like about your work?
For me the most addictive thing about my work is the beauty I witness within the pain. This week i got to do a session for a couple grieving a miscarriage. I can’t possibly describe the heaviness in their hearts coming from their loss. But beyond their pain, beyond their sadness i had the honor to observe how they leaned on each other, how they opened their hearts in admiration for each other’s pain and ways of coping. It was beyond special to get to facilitate such a special session. we performed a ritual intended to help with their grieving process and in this process of coming together through something sad they found each other, and the beauty i got to witness is the one thing that makes it all worth it ❤️
